Because we sell food products as part of a fundraising model, we take care to package and ship orders responsibly to maintain product quality and integrity.

2. Order Processing Time

All products purchased from chamodas.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

Chamoda’s LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

Customers are encouraged to ensure secure delivery locations.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 3–5 business days of delivery.

  • You must provide photographic evidence of:

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Replacement requests will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Perishable Food Notice

Because we sell food products:

  • Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the package when delivered.

  • We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed retrieval after delivery.

  • Storage instructions must be followed upon receipt.
